How to do the Milly Rock:
Start by doing a 2 step from side to side
Then, for the first arm movement, you’re going to roll your forearms forward, one over the other (pretend you have a resistance band around your forearms and keep the arm roll motion nice and tight)
The second arm movement is a “swipe” – basically, you’re going to bring your right arm up and out, and then swipe it across your chest in a large “C” shape, ending with your right hand on your left shoulder
Now, let’s add the arms and feet together!
When you step to the right, roll your forearms
When you bring your left leg to meet your right leg, do the swipe motion
Then, do the same thing on the other side – step to the left and roll your forearms
Bring your right leg to meet your left leg and do the swipe motion with your left arm
That's it!
If a song with an extra fast beat comes on, you can also drop the forearm roll motion and just use the swipe as you 2 step. That’ll make it easier to execute your Milly Rock quickly.
